We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, just outside the center of old town and close to many sightseeing spots of beautiful Basel. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with excellent customer service at the reception desk. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The sauna and fitness center were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality hotel with excellent service and amenities.

I recently stayed at this venue and I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from many beautiful sights in the old town area, and the Rhyan river was nearby. Not to mention, the service was impeccable. The reception desk staff provided excellent customer service and even accommodated my gluten-free dietary needs. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the room amenities, such as the heating and air conditioning, were top-notch. I also appreciated the extra amenities like the tea and coffee facilities and the in-room safe. this hotel was well worth the price.
